Who provides TEMPLE

TEMPLE is published by Redstone Oak Investments LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Contact: [email protected].

The app is a logging tool, and nothing more

TEMPLE records values you enter and performs arithmetic on them. It does not recommend, suggest or prescribe anything. It ships no compounds, no doses, no schedules, no stacks and no pharmacological reference data of any kind, and its compound library stays empty until you type into it.

TEMPLE is not medical advice and is not a medical device. Nothing in the app is a substitute for a qualified physician. Dosing decisions and any decision about a protocol belong with your doctor. If you rely on anything the app displays without checking it, you do so at your own risk.

The arithmetic is shown on screen so you can check it. Check it.

Your data is yours, and we never hold it

TEMPLE has no account, no server and no networking code. Everything you enter stays on your device. We cannot read it, recover it, export it for you or restore it, because we never receive it. Backups are your responsibility and are handled by your own device and iCloud settings.

Purchases

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store, under Apple's terms, not ours. Prices and trial terms are shown in the app before you buy. We do not see or store your payment details.

Refunds

We cannot issue refunds, because we never take your money. Apple is the merchant of record for everything sold through the App Store, so every refund runs through Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, or through Settings on your device. Apple decides the outcome under its own policy.

Cancelling a subscription is separate from a refund: cancel in your Apple account and you keep access until the period you already paid for ends.

If something in the app is broken, write to [email protected] first. We would rather fix it than have you go to Apple.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, or use it to break any law. The app, its name, its artwork and this website remain our property, except for the exercise illustrations noted below.

The exercise illustrations derive from the Everkinetic set, used under CC BY-SA 3.0 by way of Wikimedia Commons, and recoloured to suit the app. Attribution and licence are preserved.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, including lost data. Some jurisdictions do not permit these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law allows.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when the app changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
