What this website collects

This page is about the website only. The TEMPLE app and this website are run on different terms and it would be misleading to cover both with one policy. The app collects nothing at all, and that is set out separately in the app privacy policy. Nothing described below can see anything inside the app, because the app has no networking code and nothing to send.
Who is responsible
This site is operated by Redstone Oak Investments LLC, a Texas limited liability company, which publishes TEMPLE. Contact: [email protected].
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. It stores nothing in your browser: no cookies, no local storage, no session storage. That is why you are not being asked to consent to any, and it is checkable in your own browser's developer tools.
Pageview counting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, and Cloudflare Web Analytics runs on it: one script
from static.cloudflareinsights.com and one request recording that a page was
loaded. It is cookieless and does not fingerprint your browser or follow you to other
sites.
What we see from it is aggregate: how many pageviews a page received, roughly which country they came from, which site referred them, and which browser and device type was used. We cannot identify you from it and we are not trying to.
Hosting and security
To serve and defend the site, Cloudflare processes standard request data including your IP address and user agent. That is Cloudflare acting as our host under its own terms. We do not receive that data and we do not retain it.
Advertising measurement
When an advertising campaign is running, this site may carry measurement supplied by the ad platform so that the platform can tell which advertisement brought someone here. Where that happens the platform may set a cookie in the browser that loaded this page, and this policy will say so plainly rather than quietly.
At the time of writing, no such advertising measurement is installed on this site. Our App Store advertising is attributed by Apple through the App Store itself and places nothing on this website.
If you email us
If you write to [email protected] we keep your message and address for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record. We do not sell them and we do not add you to a mailing list.
What we never do
- We do not sell or rent any data from this site
- We do not build advertising profiles or track you across other sites
- We do not embed social widgets, comment systems or third-party fonts
- We collect nothing beyond what is described above
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will do it. Because the site holds no identifiers, in practice there is usually nothing to return beyond any email you have sent us.
Children
TEMPLE is rated 17+ and neither the app nor this site is directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
